Venue Submission Guideline

If you organize regular dance nights at a venue where you play at least 50% Salsa and other Latin Dance music, and you want it to be listed in our venue page, you can use our contact form and choose the "Venue Submission" from the drop down menu. We will then review your submission and will either post the event or we will return it to you via email with notes for required revisions. There are several requirements for a venue to be eligible for listing on our website:

  • The venue must be run regularly without fail (e.g. Every Saturday 10:00 pm - 2:00 am except Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
  • To be considered regular, the dances on this venue have to have run for consecutive weeks or more.
  • The venue also has to be run at least for the following 12 weeks.
  • It has to be open to public.

Because it takes time to review submissions and update this site, should your venue be approved and posted, we would ask you to provide us with six complimentary admission to your venue. Please follow this Guideline when you submit your event:

Venue Name

Brief Description on what the venue is all about (please limit to 400 characters). This description has to be kept as objective as possible and be written in a third person form. Please refrain from using words like "best" or "largest". We reserve the right to use our own judgement to approve/reject your description.

Date and Time with exceptions (e.g Saturdays 10:00 pm - 2:00 am except Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
